A King’s Dream

In honor of a man who looked past acts of hatred and was able to forgive and love.  A man who preached of equality and peace.  A man who lived by his words.  A man who moved people with his words.  An inspiration to those of his time, and millions to this day.

“As my sufferings mounted I soon realized that there were two ways in which I could respond to my situation — either to react with bitterness or seek to transform the suffering into a creative force. I decided to follow the latter course.”
— Martin Luther King Jr.

Let’s not forget what this day is about.

And if you’ve never actually listened or watched a speech of his, I highly recommend you do so.  Be prepared to be greatly inspired (and possibly get the chills).
