Alber Elbaz, why must you always create collections that I obsess over (and that are always published on Style.com right when I’m supposed to be reading or doing a paper for class)?  I would wear it all.

The pre-fall 2012 collection marks his 10th anniversary with the Paris fashion house.

Here are some of my favorites:

I’m inspired to come up with my own version based on the first look with similar pieces I have in my closet.  Simple and very chic.  And the dress – gotta love a Lanvin dress, can’t go wrong.

Gorgeous fabrics, like the ivory lace bonded to nude wool.  Obsessed with emerald green at the moment.

Just returned from a chilly holiday in Dublin. In late January, my little So.Cal ass will be freezing in Bari, Prague, Paris and Marseilles.  Outerwear is definitely on the mind.  Would love either one of these:

I love all the gloves paired with each look. And all the huge necklaces, too. Inspired to do a DIY version.
