I LOVED the Nina Ricci pre-fall 2012 collection, so naturally I was excited to see Rooney Mara, who was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama, wearing a gorgeous black gown from the collection at the 2012 Golden Globes in Beverly Hills.

I just recently saw the movie that she was nominated for, “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,” and really enjoyed it — to play the intense role of Lisbeth and to be really truly believable takes a phenomenal actress, and she is just that.

She didn’t win (lost to Meryl Streep for her role as Margaret Thatcher in “The Iron Lady”), but this is only her first time at the Golden Globes.  I can’t wait to see more of her in the future.  I am really curious to see her range, especially after this film.
