I don’t do it often, and I’m not very good at it, but I do really enjoy yoga. I’m an individual who has to consciously make an effort to breathe and relax, so yoga is definitely something that benefits my overall well-being (aside from being an amazing workout and making me sweat tons!).
The sun finally came out this morning here in Malta after some intense stormy winds and weather. What better way to welcome it back than with some Ashtanga Vinyasa exercises? Maybe it will be encouraged to stay with us longer.
