I was so pissed when I realized my disposable cameras I’d taken with me to Italy were in my bag that was stolen in Barcelona (my first experience as a victim of an organized bag-stealing scam).
I really loved Milan. I loved the area around the Piazza del Duomo. Duomo di Milano is seriously breathtaking, for one. And it was amazing to be in one of the world’s most recognized fashion capitols, strolling through some of the city’s most important fashion districts. I just loved walking the streets in general. The buildings, the architecture, the streets, motorcycles everywhere. My favorite part was seeing the women, dressed so sharp and chic, riding their cute pastel-colored bikes in high heels.
These pictures by Tommy Ton snapped during fashion week at its various locations — Milan, among them — bring me back to those memories, and make me even more pissed that the pictures I took myself are gone forever (though these might be just a liiittle bit higher in quality then what those disposables would have yielded).
